The number of GP surgeries submitting patient data to HHR has topped 125, which is over 70% of practices across all areas of Hampshire.

This means that over 1.4 million patients now have a record on HHR and care staff have the ability, if permission is granted by the patient, to access diagnoses, drugs prescribed and test results. This comes soon after HHR celebrated its ten year anniversary since launching. HHR continues to make it easy for patients who object to HHR, to remove their data from HHR by informing their GP or by contacting the HHR team directly.

All of the seven Clinical Commissioning Groups in the NHS South region, as well as three Hospital Trusts, support HHR.
