The Hampshire Health Record (HHR) was proudly asked to provide a significant case study for the NHS Interoperability Handbook.

The handbook aims to help bridge the gaps and address the lack of integration across care services. This applies to GP, hospital, community, clinical and social care settings across the NHS and social care.

HHR has acquired a wealth of knowledge and experience since its launch 10 years ago. Other parts of the country could learn from the case study and it can help deliver the National Information Board’s ‘Personalised Health and Care 2020’ framework.
